2024 Road and Street Materials Bid Results

The Joint Municipal Bidding Committee, acting on behalf of the municipalities: the City of Erie, the Boroughs of Albion, Edinboro, and Union City, the Townships of Fairview, Franklin, Girard, Greene, Greenfield, Harborcreek, McKean, Millcreek, Springfield, Summit, Venango and Waterford opened sealed bids on April 5, 2024 for Street and Road Maintenance Materials and Services, including Aggregates, Asphalt Emulsions, Sealing Pavement, Paving and Patching Materials.

Materials requested included over 30,000 tons of aggregates and rocks and 25,000 tons of paving materials.

Bid prices should only be extended to the following EACOG members: 

Each municipality will enter their own contract or purchase order with the lowest responsible bidder.

Each municipality reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
