The EACOG joint purchasing program provides multi-municipal bid solicitation and administration for bulk Road Materials, General Items and Gas and Diesel Fuel.
Participants experience significant savings due to bulk pricing, shared bid process administration and shared advertising expenses.
All Erie County municipalities, school districts and authorities are welcome to participate. EACOG members participate as part of their membership while non-member are charged an administrative fee to participate.
Accepting recommendations for new products, services and materials to include in future bid solicitations.
